What if I do not like the painting once I have received it?
My goal is to delight and inspire you with your artwork. I post photos that represent the work as closely as possible. If you require additional close up shots of the work, please contact me and I am happy to oblige. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to purchasing so that we can make this a successful transaction! If you must return the work, I will refund the full amount with exception of the shipping costs within two weeks following the receipt of the artwork. It must be repackaged in the original wrapping the way it was received and shipped trackable and insured.
How is the art treated to ensure longevity?
I use archival papers, and cotton gessoed canvases that are non acidic and will not degrade over the course of your lifetime or the next! I also paint on gessoed birch panel. I use lightfast acrylic paint, and seal the final painting with 2-3 layers of acrylic varnish by brush, and 2 coats of spray varnish that protects from UV rays, dust, and moisture.
How is your work authenticated?
Each painting is signed on the front, and titled, signed, and dated on the back by me. I keep a record of each work in my own database. Sometimes I choose not to sign the front if it is a small painting or could be hung in more than one direction.
How long will it take to receive my art?
Your artwork ships within 2 business days. I try to use the fastest and most cost effective method for shipping. I always ship insured and trackable.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Art works on paper are protected in a waterproof sleeve, gently rolled, and inserted into a padded mailing tube. Art on canvas is protected by being wrapped in acid free vellum, bubble wrap, protective foam corners, and additional padding before being placed in a custom sized cardboard box.
